Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of XuperParley and your account with us. By registering, you confirm that you accept them. Where the sportsbook rules or a specific promotion’s terms conflict with this page, those more specific terms apply to that activity.
1. Who we are

4. Deposits and withdrawals

5. Bonuses and promotions

- Rollover before withdrawal — Bonus funds and, where stated, the associated deposit must meet the rollover requirement before withdrawal.
- Abuse — Bonus abuse — including arbitrage against the offer, coordinated accounts or hedging to guarantee a return — may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.

6. Wagering

7. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud and collusion — Including chargebacks, stolen payment methods, collusion between accounts and match-fixing.
- Automated play — Bots, scripts and any automated system used to place wagers or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting errors — Deliberately taking advantage of a software fault, pricing error or system malfunction.
- Insider betting — Wagering on an event where you have a role, influence or non-public information.
- Consequences — We may suspend or close accounts, void wagers and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is identified, and report it to the relevant authorities.
8. Liability and disputes
- Service availability — We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Wagers affected by a system failure may be voided.
- Limitation — To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the affected wager.
- Complaints — Contact customer support first. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to [regulator / ADR provider].
