Consequences — We may suspend or close accounts, void wagers and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is identified, and report it to the relevant authorities.

Service availability — We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Wagers affected by a system failure may be voided.
Limitation — To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the affected wager.
Complaints — Contact customer support first. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to [regulator / ADR provider].
